– Manage national, EU and international litigations by supporting the State Attorney’s Office (Italy’s Avvocatura dello Stato) through necessary investigative acts and any judicial and extra-judicial settlements in the field of Cohesion Policy;

– Prepare preliminary investigations for executing decisions pursuant to Articles 3 and 6(6) of Legislative Decree No. 88/2011.

– Support the implementation of European macro-regional and sea basin strategies on reprogramming, monitoring and coordination for closure of cross-border, transnational and inter-regional Operational Programmes co-financed by Structural Funds;
