Transparent Administration

The principle of transparency, meant as full accessibility to information on the organisation and activity of Public Administrations, was affirmed by Legislative Decree No. 33 of 14 March 2013 , aimed at reorganising the rules on the obligations of disclosure, transparency and dissemination of information. The aim of the regulation is to encourage widespread citizen control over the work performed by institutions and the use of public resources. In particular, the publication of data held by Public Administrations is intended to encourage citizens' participation for the following purposes: ensure knowledge of the services provided, their quality and extent, and delivery methods; prevent corruption phenomena and promote integrity by subjecting each performance management phase to widespread control for its improvement. This section publishes data, information and documents concerning the Territorial Cohesion Agency, in all its expressions. The personal data contained in the published documents, pursuant to the legislation in force on transparency, are not reusable for purposes other than those underlying the publication (as per current legislation on reuse of public data – EU Directive 2003/98/EC as transposed by Italy’s Legislative Decree No. 36/2006). It is unlawful, for instance, to re-use, for marketing or electoral propaganda purposes, the contact details and e-mail addresses of Public Administrations’ staffs subject to mandatory publication. This section is constantly updated.
NoteIn accordance with Legislative Decree 36/2006 on "Implementation of Directive 2003/98/EC on the re-use of public sector documents", users are informed that the data published in the Transparent Administration section may not be re-used for commercial purposes and in any case for purposes other than those for which they were collected and produced.
